2. No Products, No Services, No Refunds

As such:

  • Consumer protection laws related to product returns and service refunds do not apply.
  • Tips are not covered by return or cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (UK).

3. Accidental or Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe a tip was submitted without your permission or as the result of fraud:

  • Please contact your payment provider (e.g., PayPal or your card issuer) directly to dispute the charge.
  • We may assist in reviewing cases where unauthorized activity can be reasonably verified, but we are not obligated to issue a refund.

We maintain internal records of tipping activity and screen captures of terms displayed at checkout to support the voluntary nature of every tip.
